I am so sick and tired of USCIS. Let me take a deep breath before i begin. let me just give you the short version of the story because base on my feel at this time i cant cant be bothered.

We file a expedite on May 27th....they requested additional info. which should be sent to them within 20 days. We sent in all the data looooong before the time. we even got conformation from the Postal service that it was delivered.

This morning we got an email stating that our expedite was denied because we didnt provide additional info before the 20 days ( WTF). So we called them and now they are giving us the run around and in the end they are saying we need to write them a letter to say what our problem is.

We need an expedite and now the expedite is taking so long it is defeating the purpose of the expedite.

We called our congressman today, so let us see what happened next. I really cant take this anymore. Imagine...this is the USA and not a third world country and this is what we have to go through? sigh

not to be bad.. but what is the reason for your expedite? haha, I can try it too.. but you don't seem to be past the 6 months average time that it takes for approval..
