hello, we don't have packet 3 in the Philippines.. here is packet 4 that you can download: http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwfk1en.pdf

it contains all the instruction and also all the forms that you would need and you dont have to send it to embassy, you just have to bring those with you during your interview day.

Hi marjo glad you found this forum. During my medical, most of the K1 & K3 applicants I met in St. Luke's didn't know about the new procedure that USEM applied. They were still waiting of the packets to arrive and they were quite surprised when I told them of the new procedure.
