I would like to ask if its ok to scan tax transcripts,, w2, pay stubs and letter of intent..instead of mailing it..

yes u could! im gonna use scanned documents too. copies are acceptable

thanks..bec am gonna stop my hubby to mail those stuff ..He already send me the original 1134 with notarized and i think that's one of the important...Am i right...

Hey Gabby,
Yeah, scanned tax returns and w2s of your fiance would be okay. I only sent copies of those and not the original.

Copies are acceptable. Just be sure that the DS-156k, DS-156, and DS-157 are the originals.

I would think that any document that he has to sign should be an original document.
