1) Wife is married and her address changes. But, the passport contains old parent's address. In all forms new address will be written. Should the passport address be changed to new one or is it ok to keep the parent's address?

2) Suppose you keep the old parent address. The passport PCC will be issued with parent address which will not be acceptable. Right?

3) Bonafide evidence of your marriage for I-130. I don't have the first four.

Can somebody share the contents of following affidavit for I-130? And is it ok to get the affidavit from relative who attended the wedding?

Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by third parties having personal knowledge of the bona fides of the marital relationship. (Each affidavit must contain the full name and address, date and place of birth of the person making the affidavit, his or her relationship to the petitioner of beneficiary, if any, and complete information and details explaining how the person acquired his or her knowledge of your marriage);

4) What do people submit for proof of ongoing marital union when you just have been married?

Thanks for responses.

USCIS hasn't been enforcing those requirements. Especially for recent marriage. I've yet to see anyone have problems. Just submit all you can.
