hey guys! Im looking for a job on the internet and found lots of work from home, are they scam? Is anyone of you have this kind of job? Thanks
KarenCee
IMHO, if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. If it is a legitimate work from home (i.e. employer, employee situation) they will not ask you for money up front. From what I've seen, most work from home "jobs" are really you being self employed, sort of like an independent contractor. I would be very very careful with work from home situations. Just my opinion. smile.gif

as karencee pointed out, many of these jobs are as an "independent contractor"
while the pay may sound good, let's say $11 an hour, you are responsible for paying income taxes, state income taxes if any, and social security taxes out of that amount, leaving you with little more than 1/2 of the pay by the time you are done.
there is no unemployment insurance taken out either, so if you suddenly lose your job, no unemployment benefits unless you've been paying for them all along, further reducing your money in pocket.
my recommendation - avoid these kinds of jobs as it's not really to your benefit.
