Hello,

My parents have a 10 year B1 visitor visa and want to visit me from July 2008 to Jan 2009. Their I-130 has been approved and they have already filed the DS-230 Part I forms. They are still not sure if they want to continue the green card process. With this in mind, would the immigration officer at the port of entry (los angeles) deny them entry into the US ? They have visited me several times over the past 10 years on visitor visa and have always stayed legally for the allowed duration. They will of course get documents to show that they have to return to india (job, property bank accounts etc...)

Any comments, answers would be much appreciated.
