I am back again and I hope you can shed lights on my inquiry. Here is some questions:

1) How can I get the original copy of my husband (Income Tax Return Copy 2007) I forgot to photopy it and submitted it during my interview last May 12, 2008.

2) During adjustment of status, do i need to fill out form I-131?


Any information you can give are very much appreciated.

Just get a tax transcript. it's faster and free. http://www.irs.gov/individuals/article/0,,id=110571,00.html

you do not have to apply for Advance Parole ( I-131), but it is included in the cost for AOS.
