NVC assigns interview date every second week of the month for the following month that's what the operator told me when I called last friday. But when I called today (4th week of the month) they gave me the date, unfortunately not for the following month schedule but better knowing than just waiting..

So, for people who did'nt get interview date yet try to call NVC and you may get an answer.
