Do you enter the case number in the shipment tracking box and then press "track waybill"?

If you mean approved, you mean NOA2 from USCIS?

You need to wait for MNL number from National Visa Center, and then you can look for interview date using the DOS "MNL" Case number.

No we were approved for visa at US embassy manila, I am asking about tracking the delivery of the passport and packet to my sweetie.

Does the tracking actually work on Delbros. I've been trying for past 4/5 days and it just times out. I've used both Firefox and Explorer as my browser and I've tried with and without MNL on the number and it just craps out?

Does it work for any one?

I've tried for 2 weeks. The website is either down, or their SQL Server throws an error. Delbros as a whole just sucks. I can't believe our government would work with such a $hitty partner. Actually, yes I can, look at the whole process just to get a Visa for marriage, it's pathetic.

Try to put 01 on the end of your case number. See if it works. Try both Firefox and IE.

That's crazy. I heard that their main phone number is no longer accessible. So therefore customers like us could no longer complain whatever service is not working well. How about if you send email and tell them the problem? I hope they will address your concerns.

delbroS website for tracking your passport, is already up and running..i emailed
them yesterday and today..( sql error) , i got frustated thinking i will get
good news today and still no new status (june 10--shipment process in the embassy)
=(..my husband was just lucky to squeeze infos from richard from NSO, and said that
my docs were already sent to usem from processing ( in my understanding, the
results has been turned in to USEM, since the pickup for the results is only done
every friday and personally pick up by the agents of the embassy. Im keeping my fingers crossed.. because lorraine who is not so helpful when i called yesterday morning said, just wait for further instructions, if we lack docs we will
call you..and im also left hanging because she told me last week inspite of me passing my docs (white slip) during the interview with the releasing officer, they cannot have it reviewed by the officer who interviewed me not until the results
of doc verification has been turned in..so if one does not rotate (doc verification)
my other docs will not be reviewed.. **OH GOD, IM GETTING REALLY FRUSTATED**

You can use the program we posted . It works but the delbros is on and off. I can get the result because my bana make a program that will check it until it will give us the result. If you want too you can give me your MNL case number so we can check your status. God bless.

Sad to say that the website for tracking our visas with Delbros is "not" working at all. You can text them on Delbros Hotline 09176221949 or call them at 632-3392761. Delbros will actually send you a text message once your visa is being released to them by the USEM (I recieved one last Wed June 25), and another text message if delivery is on its way (I got mine last night June 26) giving you instructions to leave a valid ID and authorization letter just in case you're not home when the visa arrives. Am just waiting for mine to be delivered anytime today till Monday. Good luck and congratulations.

As it turns out Mely interviewed 6/23 but I just found out we were not actually approved until 6/26. Lorraine tells me it should be released no later than 7/1 so we are looking at 7/4-7/10 to have it in hand.
Wow- what a long road but the good part is almost here for us.

I tried with the case number and with adding 01, but still errors out each time. Two days ago we did this text:::" starts TOM up to d next 2days! U MUST leave a vadil ID& a signed Authorization Letter or a 1WIK DELAY will ensue"

I hope this means our visa is on the way.
