Hello everyone. I have filled K-1 visa for my fiance who is in India. I just wanted to know what documents she should be gathering for the 1st interview. I know she will be getting a packet listing those things but it will be better if we can get head start on those items while we are waiting to get that packet and thus, reducing time for the process. And does anyone know how long does it take for the interview letter to come. I filled the visa early May 2008. If anyone here has worked with an embassy over in India, that will be greatly helpful but all feedbacks are welcome and thank you for your help.

It would be a great help if you filled in your timeline
She should gather a copy of the original entire K1 package that was sent to the service center..affidivit of support, evidence such as phone calls, emails, letters etc. and your appointment letter are just a few of the things to have in mind.. I'm sure someone here will intervene and advise you better.
