I would need your inputs in after procedure of getting the CR-1 visa of my hubby.

Our Backgroud:
We filed through DCF after living in India for 6 months, visa was approved by Mumbai consulate and they have provided us with the "yellow packet" and a stamp/sticker on hubby's passport which has a validity for 6 months.

My question:
What will happen at the airport?
What is the procedure of applying for Green Card and Socail Security Number/
What is the procedure of removing conditions?
When can we apply for citizenship (5 years from this year, or 7 (5+2(removing conditions) from this year))

Hello there. The process at the airport is usually fairly painless. I am assuming he received a CR1 since you mention removing conditions. You do not do anything to apply for the green card.
