My wife, here in the US on a K3/Spousal Visa, received NOA on the EAD we sent in. We received another notice of the Biometrics Appt this coming Friday. My question is this. We have not filed her AOS. Will they still proceed with the EAD so we can get my wife a SSN so she can work or will they require us to file the AOS first?
No, a K-3 is allowed to file for EAD before filing for AOS so you should be fine.
