We rec'd an RFE for our I-130 for a copy of the beneficiary's birth certificate which includes the names of the parents.
My question is, do we need to submit this info with a cover letter ?

I don't have an answer for your question, but I am curious about what you asked.
Do you mean RFE from USCIS or NVC?
I don't remember having to send beneficiary's birth certificate for the initial filing of I-130 petition. I thought you only send the birth certificate to NVC after your I-130 is approved!
Has your I-130 been approved? You may want to update your timeline if it's approved.

yeah, well the USCIS want's it from us for some reason ? They also asked for my wife's birth certificate and marriage certificate which we already sent them.
Makes me wonder who in the world is going over our applications ? ? ?
