Hello. After I get the Case # from NVC, can I call & get the Invoice Identification Number (IIN) right away or after 1 week? Also, if I pay the bill online, will I see the Beneficiary information on the NVC Bill Payment site just to make sure if the information is correct. Thanks
I would wait until your AOS is generated. And yes you will be able to see that information online when you are about to pay and after you pay.

You can try in couple of days after assigning your case, may be even before that. I, myself waited until AOS is generated and I hope I lost some days due to that.
