Thanks for the help, i already checked that sample, it doesn't apply to me, i just wanted to know if i have to put my parents informations or hers in questions 15 through 18 since i am the petetioner and she is the beneficary

she will put her parents' information there coz thats for her to fill up...its her biographic data...
