We are at the point of the NVCprocess,where as of 10days ago the NVC ,and i confirmed this by calling,that Our last two docs,Aos and IV Apps were sent to Our Lawyer!As of the end of this week,they havent recieved them yet,but should be any day now!A very nice women at the NVC informed me,that once they recieve them back and since our case,meaning what they have already and also since our priority date of August 10,2007 is close!That after recieveing them it shouldnt take more than a couple of days to review them and that in about thirty days from that point,that my wife will get an interview,which myself and our lawyer will know 10days before my wife!My question to all the good people here,is that does the timeframe sound correct,for everything she told me? sincerely Louis ps:i also called the NVC about my Moms terminal illness,Godbless her she seems to be hanging in there especially to met her new daughter-inlaw,that is there anyway,unlike the Service center denied us,that they can help,the nice women at the NVC told me to under terminal medical,reasons to email Supervisor Sue,with all my Moms medical docs signed by her doctor which i have and i also sent them a letter from my Dad as my Mom cannot use her speech well and cant write anymore,and that once they recieve them they will ask permission of the Embassy in Manila,if We can get earliest possiable interview and visa!The NVC confirmed as of 2days ago they got all my Moms docs and told me in the email also,that the information is underreview and will notify me when appropriate action has ben completed!We are really praying!!!THKS Again CANSOMEONE PLEASE HELP IN THIS ESTIMATE!!!!!!!!!
