On the form I-765 App. for Employment Authorization, on questions 16, it say to go to part 2 of the instructions to find the correct eligibility category. We looked through them but weren't exactly sure. Which category and abbreviation would we be? My husband entered on a K-1 visa and we are now married and filing for an AOS and filing the employment auth. with the AOS.

Yep agree it is C9,I had the same question during my AOS as I was not sure at all.
C09. I got EAD card with this category. I just followed VJ guide and example forms.
