quick question please.... i sent both AOS and DS230 in seperated mail.... is that okay if they get the Ds230 first? or they have to process the AOS before they process the Ds230? thank you so much in advance thanks

If you send both together I don't think they will get them separetaly, but if they do and get the DS 230 package first, I really don't think that this would be a problem since AOS package was also sent. The might wait for the AOS package to arrive since they know that you've paid both fees. The only thing that is not allowed is to pay for the IV fee bill first than the AOS bill. So, don't worry about that, you'll be fine.

Just keep calling NVC every day in order to find out if they got both packages.

thank you virginia. so just in cae they received my ds230 they will still need to wait for the aos in order to process them.. yes both fee's are paid already ty

I can't realy asure that, maybe they don't have to wait for the AOS package to start processing your DS 230, but I would not worry at all sincce you sent them both packages together.
There are some different ways of processing that I see today from the time my case went to NVC, for instance the online payment was not available yet, the order in processing the papers were not that flexible than I see it has been lately. I see some flexibilities that I didn't use to see before, that's why I believe that they can even process your DS 230 first than the I-864, but I can't really tell for sure. Anyway, don't worry at all, you sent both packages together and I really don't thing they will be delivered separately, but just in case keep checking (calling) every they to make sure they do have received both packages.
