When you will be there, they will ask you to register. Once registered, you'll be taken to a page which will say 'your Portfolio'. You will need to add the receipt number there and your current I130 case will be added to your portfolio. On that chart below, you will find a date under Last Updated and this will be the date when the service center will take your file out or look into it. These are known as Touches. The change in the date there would mean someone at the service center has been going through your file.
