hi. due to a combination of various reasons, we have yet to send our I-751 form for removal of conditional status, and my green card expires this june 22, 2008 which is this sunday. if i send the documents on friday overnight to laguna niguel, will they receive that on saturday, the 21st? or will they get that on monday, which is the 23rd, and would already be a day late.
are they open saturdays? am i in trouble now? what's a good excuse in case they ask for one? coz i don't think our excuses are good enough. things have just been stressful for us lately, which ultimately led to us neglecting to file earlier. PLEASE HELP. tnx.

Actually, I can confirm this is a yes, as long as you don't require a signature receipt. I mailed a USPS overnight to the CSC and waived the signature receipt. I received confirmation that the package was delivered on Saturday, Jun 21.
