congratulations. not to be a twit or anything but isnt the wedding band supose to be wore on the inside, closer to the heart?
im just traditional so im not being insulting or anything and maybe this is the new way to wear rings that im not aware of.

I also heard engagement rings are worn on the right hand all the time as wedding ring goes to the left. Then again, I heard completely vice versa, that wedding ring actually goes to the RIGHT hand.
It all depends where you come from and what the customs are there. In my country (Croatia) western part of the country wears wedding rings on left hand, and eastern part of the country (more influenced by Islam/Greek Catholic Church I guess?) wears wedding rings on the right hand. As for engagement rings, extremely rarely see women wearing them at all after the wedding.

I heard the engagement ring is moved to the right hand just before the marriage so the wedding ring could be put in his place... and kept there. I heard that after the wedding they put it over the wedding ring.
