I know it's a stupid question, but what number do I type in to review my case status online? Is it the WAC.... number?
I tried checking the status using that number, but it shows as invalid. We've already received the biometrics letter.

The biometrics letter is supposed to contain the correct case number to use for online status. If it isn't working for the biometrics letter, you could wait a bit longer or you could call the Misinformation Line and ask them if they have anything on that case number. Good luck.
