hi everyone,

i'm glad to have found this site as it gave me information not found on the downloadable packet nor the us embassy website..my interview is scheduled on the 18th of july and i have plans of taking my medical exam on the first week of july..i have two tattoos on my body and i'm afraid it might be an issue with the attending physician that will examine me..you know stories of people who weren't able to leave the country because of tattoos or something like that..i really need your opinion on this..

god bless!

Having tattoos is not an issue for medical exam, they will just ask you why you have it and when you have it. Thats all then they will just note that to your medical record.... i have a three dots tattoo too on my right hand .
hope this could be a help

i dont think so. the medical concerns that may cause denial are: drug use, communicable disases like HIV and syphilis, and if you will be of harm to others.

goodluck on your medical!

Tattoos no problem at medical.
If you can hide them do so at the interview. Body piercing naman!

I have piercing in my bellybutton and a tattoo. I had my interview last June 23. I didn't have problem with my medical exam and interview.

hope this helps.
