Does this damn thing apply to K3 too? It would seem to be a case of closing the door after the horse is out if it does. What they want...drop the petition and get divorced? I guess it good they don't want a credit check too?

Yes it does. And it's NOA 1 after March 6. Not NOA2 after that's probably why approvals have slowed.................
This is just info I have found on the internet not from USCIS.

Totally discouraged now...what was the point? With CSC processing times on the I-130s improving and this delay with IMBRA...we probably wasted $170. Not even sure it worth it to pursue the K3 anymore?
