Hi...as I have written in earlier topics, I canceled my I-129F petition with the embassy in Kiev. They sent it back to the USCIS, and I received a letter from USCIS about two months ago they had received the petition from the State Dept. for review and they will advise me of any action taken. Again, that was two months ago and I haven't heard anything else.
Has anybody here been in the same situation as me? Did they send you any notice at some point that it has all been terminated, or do I just assume so? How long did it take? Is there any other official notice or action that has to be taken before I submit another K1 or a K3? I have no intention of filing either at this time, just wondering if when the time comes again, if there was some final action that was to be taken on the part of USCIS to close out my previous petition.
Any info/feedback you can offer would be appreciated. Thanks!

You'll have to file a waiver if you file the next K1 within 2 yrs of the first filing.

Hi, yes, I accidentally posted it in another section but meant to post it here, which is where I want it. Couldn't figure out how to delete the topic in that section, but will try to figure it out

Nothing for you to do now, doubt you hear back from them since you terminated it or filed to do so. Just remember you will have to fill out a waiver form explaining what happened if you file again for K1 or K3 within 2 years of terminating this K1. Good luck in future.

I-129F for K-1 only... an I-129F for K-3 is not subject to the multiple filings waiver requirement

Something to consider:
In a lifetime, you are only permitted to apply two times for the I-129F. I have heard of a petition to file a third time, but that petition was rejected. Anyone have any more information about this?

This is not true. There is no limit to the amount of times you can file the I-129F. You just have to file the waiver if you do more than 1 within a 2yr period.
