My wife needs to get prices on a flight from Phil to Africa- who can she contact in the Philippines? Anyone know of any good travel agencies that will charge her Filipino prices and not foreigner prices?

if she's near butuan, finding a good/cheap airline would be difficult. it would be better if you browse online, book it online and buy it online, it's the safest (no hidden charges) and there are a lot of airlines that fly to africa from the phils. good luck
