what will i put in the intended date of arrival in the US?

Well I have the same question, but as far as I can tell the DS-156 is required to be filled in online. The only format is to enter a Date, no free text in that field......So is it ok to leave this blank??????????

Well I have the same question, but as far as I can tell the DS-156 is required to be filled in online. The only format is to enter a Date, no free text in that field......So is it ok to leave this blank??????????



you can put any date. you are not required to arrive on the date you enter. same as with POE. you are not required to enter at the POE you have listed.

Print the form, and hand-written on it either , "when is visa is granted" or "N/A" ...
