Please I need your help to those who have undergone K2 Follow to Join interview....I don't have enough time to prepare for documents I'm gonna send for my son's interview(8 years old). Below are the things that I have with me to send, are they all set?


* DS 156
* DS 157
* I-134 - Do I still need this form? I thought was establish during my K1

* copy of married certificate
* Annulment papers
* birth certificate of me,husband, son
* 2x2 photos(kid)
* trip photos to PI/wedding photos
* my passport copy indicating admission to US

My GC is not here yet, do I still need this?

I do not know if it's required for the K-2, when having separate interview. was the child listed on the I-134 you submited at your K-1 interview? I'd provide one to be safe, if you can.

you do not need to provide copy of your green card for K-2 interview.

Sorry we did not reply before......

We filled out a separate notarized I-134 Affidavit of Support and copy of my latest tax returns for Mir's daughter. Her mother turned it in at the embassy. I never asked if it was a requirement, I just assumed it was because it was a separate interview.

Other docs were provided:

-Everything you already listed
-Copy of Mir's I-94, passport and visa pages
-Photos of Krrystal and I together (With and without her mother)
-Photos of our wedding

That's all I can remember at this point, but I think you have got it.
