I'm soooooo frustrated....just need some encouragement....we still haven't got our NOA1.it's been almost 3 months...we filed our petition to VSC on March 25th.How come it's taking so long??what's going on??we called and they said there were no updates on our case..i just don't know what to do..

When you call, did you ask them if they sent your NOA1? If they are saying there are no updates on your case, they must have it. The NOA1 is only letting you know that they have received your petition. Sometimes, it will get lost in the mail. If they say that they sent it ask for your case number and tell them you have not received your NOA1.
Then, unfortunately, you have to wait.
