Hi everyone. My honey (Honey Bee) and I (Honey Badger) are waiting together in the Philippines while the USCIS slowly drags their feet. We just wondered if there are lots more folks in the same situation or if most are separated during this ordeal? Of course being together is the best and since I'm retired it makes it easy for me to be here while we wait, but I'm sure there will be some glitches for us to work through, so I thought I'd post to see if there are any similar cases?

Yes you sure are lucky most of us are seperated while waiting, I havent see Jay since last October.

M was here for about 18 months (she submitted the initianl petition in September 2007, it was approved in January 2008). She left in March 2008 and I'll be there next month (my K1 was approved last week).

So, yes - we were together for a lot of the process, but not all of it.

your really lucky the two of u are going thru this together just look at my ticker at the bottom of this and u can see how long it has been since we saw each other.............
and yes it is eating on both of us by now so makes us kind of crabby..........oh man who and my kidding it makes us really crabby

You're lucky... My case, we have not seen each other for exactly two years and 3 months. Now we're together in USA!!!

John and I are apart. Me in the UK him in the US. Only 7 weeks so far but in the past when we were apart there was always a countdown. Now with no specific date it always seems to drag.
