What taxes, fees, etc did u have to pay when leaving PI via NAIA airport?

Philippine Tourism Authority (PTA)... no it does not apply to US citizens but it applies to Tintin... if she bought her ticket through a local travel agency, most likely the PTA was already included but if you bought her ticket in the US, she will need to pay the 1620 at the airport before departure or as Haole has stated she could pay it at the local PTA office.

Wow...I did'nt know that..What about electronic email ticket and its already included tax and fees...
Do I need to pay PTA too?
