Im living in the state of Ga. and I'm really having a hard time trying to get a bank draft in Singapore dollars for my wife so the CNCC can do her certificate of no criminal conviction. She cant get a bank draft in the Philippines anywhere. Ive tried all the banks here and no luck. Does anyone know of a web site or have any idea of where i can go.

not sure how large a town you are in, but most main branches of a bank should be able to help. but it could very well be different in the US.
