Of course... the day I choose to call- their servers are "down" and they are unable to process transcripts for me. grrr
Hey caityrose, I called them on Friday or Saturday night and just got a bunch of them in the mail today. I think I hit a few too many buttons, because I ended up getting 6 or 7 envelopes of transcripts and something else (I haven't gotten a chance to look at them yet), but anyway, just wanted to let you know that when you finally get through, it'll only take a few days for them to arrive.
So- did you actually get through and talk to a real person? Or did you somehow request them without talking to somebody?? Just wondering

It was an automated service. It's pretty easy and at a certain prompt, you punch in your SSN, and at another prompt, you punch in the number of your street address (like 23 Random Road, you punch "23"), and then you punch in the tax year and it asks if you want a tax transcript and/or some other form. I ended up hitting both options, whatever they were (transcript + __
other form__), and then it asks if you want another year, hit that. Have you tried it out again?
