Congratulations to those that are been aproved this week and las week as well. I'm getting frustrated because I'd like to take the same trip as well as all of you are , but I'm been left behind. I know that USCIS is processing aplications dated FEb.21 or before and mine is FEb. 22 , however there are some VJ's that are dated after me and are aproved. What's going on? Am I going to get an RFE? Am I going to get denied? or simple they just forgot about my petition !!! crying.gif
Eventough my I-130 is aproved and already at NVC it will take 4 months before my wife and child get to the US and if I only get a positive respose from Missouri I will have my family here in 2 months , every day seems to be the longest one. sad.gif
M+S
don't worry it's close rose.gif ..just be patient ..I was feeling the same way before i get my NOA2
Good luck

wow frank thats alot of touching going on with you...............I think you will probably get both approvals round the same time, this seems to be the norm these days..............I wish you good luck on hearing any day now good.gif
Edited to say..........I remember germangel being in the same boat as you, & she contacted NVC just out of curiosity & to her surprise, she was approved , been at NVC & onto Embassy with out USCIS even telling her yes.gif
kiny
We are in the same boat as you are in and our case is even worse cuz we got our NOA2 on February 8th then touched on Feb 25th and nothing after that...it sounds insane but how is it possible that they have started working on cases dated feb 21st and further whereas we are still waiting for our approval?

I got approved on I-130 and waiting for I-129F , thank you for your support Euro.
Kiny , you are in a more delayed situation than I am. I believe you should follow Germangel's idea and call NVC just in case you haven't done it. I did call NVC but nothing yet , the operator told me to hang in there until the 22nd of this month which is the 90 days deadline
germangel
it might be a bit early now but you could call NVC and ask whether they got it or not.
As Amanda said, I was in the same situation. Everyone was getting approved with NOAs way after mine and eventually when the processing date was passed mine, I called NVC.

I can tell you now, calling USCIS is NO GOOD!!! We did that, they did an investigation (October 2005). In February 2006 they finally sent my hubbie an emial telling him when I was approved and stuff.
Haha, funny, I was already in US on my K3 at that time.

Just call NVC from time to time, you might be in for a surprise like I was.
Good luck to you

I feel your frustration. I can only add my words of encouragement. It's impossible to explain why some get approved before others. If you'll look at my timeline you'll see that I'm one of the K3's that's gone ahead of you, but my I-130 was sent the week after yours & you've had your approval on that for a couple of weeks now. wacko.gif

Hang in there, any day now you'll be posting about your K3 NOA2!!! smile.gif

Yes i think i should call the NVC now its more than 90 days now and I am getting really frustrated. One question: can somebody give me the NVC no? It's just that I've been out of touch of all this since sending the forms out a long time ago...also NVC is the california service centre where we sent the I-129f forms rite? dont mind if i sound stupid sad.gif

Pharmacist , I know about your timeline , I tought of you and Athomp as well whom you are in worst position than mine , but fact of the matter is that USCIS is not working in a chronological way , not to take anything from our VJ's friends but to enjoy their same laugh with our beloved ones.

Wishing you a speedy approval....
