Just read that you have to have copies of phone bills to prove that you are communicating with your fiance. That is no problem only when I call Colombia I use a phonecard and dial a 213 area code number from the United States and then use a PIN#...........is this going to be sufficient for the interview in Bogota? Because on the phonebill it looks like a regular US number....called about 5000 times...LOLOL. Just wanted to know if this would be sufficient??
Why do you need phone card records? Just because others overkill the consulate with information doesn't mean you must do it also. When I filed for I129f I only submitted an itinerary and 2 pictures (to show we have met); when she went for the interview in Bogota she took printouts of 5 emails and 5 chat records and they only looked at one email for 5 seconds. So you don't need to do it unless you are in an overkill mode - please don't kill any more trees (my friend in Costa Rica is crying

Not true. There are very few specific things that a 'must have'.
What one must have is evidence appropriate to one's situation. If phone bills suit the purpose and you have them, great - use them. If they don't suit the purpose, or you don't have them, use other things.
