Hello, I am in a bit of a bind. My finacee, known here as FarmersWife, forgot her password, and she would like to be able to update our timeline. Normally this wouldnt be a problem, but she had set this account up through her work email, and then she changed jobs. I PM'ed Capitan Ewok, but have no reply. (perhaps he is drowned in PM's or something?) If you have any advice as to how we could retrieve her password, I would really appreciate it. She refuses to just start a new timeline as it would then skew the data for future filers.

You can edit the old timeline using the old email to get into it.

Oh just realised what you said. Or rather spoke to her

Problem is she no longer has access to the old email as she has left that company. Is there anyway to change the email address to her general one?

So she can't log in and because she can't log in she can't update the timeline. Hope I'm not confusing the issue too much.
