Hello all,
How can I cancell my Ontarion health care card? I am afraid I have to pay tx to ca if I keep it.
Anyone can give me a suggestion?

You can just call them up and cancel it.

On the OHIP website they suggest that you write a letter to them with the date you will no longer be a resident of Ontario. That's what I did when I left.
