June 18 Internet Chat with U.S. Embassy to Discuss K-1 Fiancé Visas

The U.S. Embassy’s Virtual Consulate Davao is hosting a live Internet chat on Wednesday, June 18, 2008 to discuss issues concerning fiancé (K-1) visas. A group of experts from the U.S. Embassy Immigrant Visa section will be available to discuss a range of new developments in this visa category as well as to address any questions regarding qualifications, applying for a visa, costs involved, etc.

During this live Internet chat, interested participants can log online to discuss and ask questions about fiancé visas. The program will start promptly at 7:45 a.m. on Wednesday, June 18 and last one hour. Those interested in participating in this live Internet chat should register as a user and log in by 7:45 a.m. Philippine time (Tuesday, June 17 by 6:45 pm EST).

To join the live chat, follow the instructions on the Virtual Consulate Davao’s Web site at http://www.usvirtualconsulatedavao.org.ph/.

Do you have to pre-register or just be there on time when they start the chat session? I've checked the Davao website and the link for the upcoming chat session.

no pre-registration needed . all you have to do is to be there in the chatroom on time. you can also register your email address so you'll get email invites if ever they will have another chat.

no prob i just wanna help my fellows and yeah we really need to set our alarm clocks caz the chat time is soo early plus they will really start on time, so forget the "FILIPINO TIME" (if you know what i mean ) for the meantime. cya there

one of my questions was answered. i was trying to save all the conversations so that i can share it to VJ members when my computer messed up (nagrestart cya mag-isa, BAD TRIP! ) so i only have few info that was saved i'll post the info i gathered later.
