So I'm putting together everything and I will be sending all the documents to my fiancee or her interview. I'm sending copies of the petition, copy of the check etc but do I need to send her a copy of my password ? Also do I need to send her the copy of the letters with our intend to marry which I sent with my petition. I know that I must send a similar intend letter with a newer date but do I send the copies of the older ones as well. Also If I'm using my dad as a co sponsor do I need to send a copy of his passport as well? Thanks guys.

Hi,

Just send your fiancee a copy of the complete I129F-package (including the original letter of intend to marry her). No additional passport copies needed, neither yours nor your dad's. The completed I134 is sufficient (along with the tax returns).

Good luck!!! good.gif

I think you meant "passport"? .... wink.gif

The copies you made of everything are for reference.

Passport copies... It really depends... Did you include copies of passport travel stamps with your petition and/or are they included in the package you are sending to your fiance? Also, are there any new entry/exit stamps that serve as proof of ongoing relationship?

From the guides...

3. Send an original letter affirming your desire to marry your fiance(e) and your continued support of the K-1 Visa. Sign and date the form. This will be similar to the letter you provided with the I-129F, but dated much closer to the interview (it will have most likely been several months since you submitted your I-129F).

Just send a new original letter of intent dated after the NOA2.

You need to find out if the Consulate you're dealing with requires any special documentation with the I-134. They are all different.

I'm asking if I need to send a copy of my father's passport. I'm using him a co sponsor and I wondered if I needed to provide some kind of evidence proving that he is a US citizen.

I thought I answered that...

The supporting documentation asked for in regards to the I134 should be enough for both sponsors but every consulate is different in what they request for documentation regarding the I134. Especially if there is an additional sponsor. You need to check with Warsaw, or those who have gone through the process there (see your portal page..link at top) to find out what documentation is needed with the I134 from both you and your father.
