Does anyone know the process for filing DCF in Gambia?

I have already filed the I130 (no I-129F filed) in U.S. where I am living, but it is taking too long and I would like to start over and file from their.

Any idea??

You would have to withdraw your current petition from USCIS before you could do DCF.

I found out that Gambia doesn't do DCF, but Senegal does.

I think I have to live in Senegal 6 months to file, but my husband is a Gambian and he live in Gambia.

Hmmm...very tricky.

You must be a resident of of the country from which you file DCF. Since you live in the USA, DCF just isn't a viable option for you.
