We sent our application in on June 9th and it was received by VSC on June 11th

We got the case number off the back our cashed check today.

I'm guessing we will get the NOA1 soon in the mail!

I have a good feeling we all filed at a good time!

I lived in Manhattan for a couple of years--I loved loved loved it. I eventually moved back to Ohio (where I grew up), but still try to make it back as much as possible!

I filed June 6th! CSC though...
I got my NOA1 and my check cashed, everything is going smoothly so far.

We sent our I129F on 6/2/08, it was received by VSC on 6/6/08. We received our NOA1 by mail on 6/12/08.

We sent our I-129F to VSC on June 12th. It was signed for on June 13th. No notice yet and I'm getting worried. VSC has been on a 10 day turnaround for NOA1 pretty consistently. I don't know what to do other than watch for the mail everyday and hope it comes.

It Does not matter.. Its have to have sign on I-129F....
And If u send on 12th...they might get after 3-4 days later...if u send by priority mail.(which might be 16-17th June)

errr I think, it's been so long

Very very true, you would never know what can happen. When we filed january we were expecting approval june or july but come mid february and some of the january filers were already receiving their NOA2, then march came and some february filers were receiving their noa2 in as little as 18days from filing. We were not approved the fastest but I still consider us lucky to get approval 49days after filing. VSC was zooming with approvals that time... then came the slow down .. but I know this is just temporary and VSC will start kicking back in.

Here's hoping for a speedy and RFE free visa journey for all of you.

My fiance finally sent off the papers on the 27th by Fedex, should arrive in Vermont on the 30th!!!!!!
Just dont know why I dont trust him to have filled out his papers correctly ha ha ha

sent I-129F to VSC June 1st 2008. recieved NOA1 June 21 2008.
I chek the USCIS website, I think it was touched. the section that says "date last updated" was July 8th. I think it means it was touched, not sure though. I understand touches really don't mean much, but I'm glad it's touched and not LOST somewhere.

Yep, that's what it is: when the date under "last Updated" changes it means your case was "touched".

thanks I did get that far but cant work out where to put in the touches, as there is no box for them, I am just being stupid, thanks for your help, if I can't even get this right then god help me when I get the next set of forms to fill in lol
