I am confused at this point guys!!

My friend is lawyer he was saying that i should verify the marriage certificate from the circuit house and then from patiala house court in Delhi. Is that neccesary or just a myth?

has anybody been through this?

Does the Embassy ask for it or the visa ever asked for it?

Kindly share the experiance and knowledge. unsure.gif

my husband and I took it to the court with our indian lawyer to be registered...what more do I need to varify? I beleive the consulate is doing that now durting AP after our interview. cant imagine they would accept your word for varification and what would you get from the courts to eliminate consulte doing varification if that is what they chose to do?
