Hi!! now we just got NOA1 from VSC and I wanna know how should I do next? and how long does it take?
great! all you need to do now is to wait for your NOA2 
With threads like this I am always happy to see the OP had to file at VSC instead of CSC... it's always sad to see them being happy over a NOA1 while they actually have to wait for a VERY long time when filing at CSC.

Since you are at the VSC you can go to the US Embassy's website in Thailand, click on immigrant visas, look at packet 3, start filling out forms and gathering the evidence. Note that the interview most likely won't be until 10-12 weeks after they receive your case. Don't get too excited. You still have to wait for the NOA 2. The Sawasdee 2 thread here and the Thai portal will provide you with abundant guidance and good friends, as well.
