I am preparing our daughter's I-751 (she has to file separately since her mom's conditional GC was approved 11 months prior to hers) and was reading the instructions and affidavits of a bonefide marriage is listed under "should cover" as far as evidence of relationship.

We have loads of documentation and included affidavits with my wife's I-751 last year...is it really a requirement now? I thought the application instructions used to say "may" be included?

Your thoughts would be appreciated!

Thanks, Dave

My daughter had to file her I-751 separately from me as well, and here is what I included with her I-751 application:

1. Copies of identity pages of her passport and her conditional PR card (front and back).
2. Copy of her Washington state driver's licence.
3. Copy of her college student card and transcripts.
4. My husband and mine's 2005 and 2006 U.S. joint income tax returns.
5. Copy of her own 2006 income tax return (1040EZ).
6. Copy of her checking account bank statement.
7. Copy of her health insurance card showing her as a dependent on our health insurance.
8. Copy of our vehicle insurance documents showing her as a rated driver on the policy.

We did not receive an RFE for any additional documents and she was approved last month. Her GC arrived one week after approval.
