today my husband called the Cairo embassy and asked about K3 and he was surprised by th ewoman there telling him that "they never recieved our case"""" yet!!!!
how come if NVC said to us they have sent our case to Cairo at the 4th of May and by following it by DHL we found out that they recieved our case at the7Th in the early morning!!!
so how come they say they never recieved it !!!!

Hang tight. When your case goes to the embassy a copy is transmitted via an electronic cable. Then the hard copy has to go to the embassy. Once the hard copy arrives it has to be matched page for page with the electronic copy then it shows as in the system at the embassy/consulate. Sometimes this takes a few days if the embassy is very busy. You should have news soon.

I dont know about Cairo but London takes 3-4 weeks to be put into the system, dont worry its there.

they have it there, they just don't have it in the computer yet! Hang in there, I know it is tough to wait again for every little thing.
