I filed my I-751 last December 2007, done with my biometrics last Feb 08. My case now is pending with VSC. But unfortunately, me and my husband got a fight and he asked me move out. He has mental problems, went on AA ( alcoholic anonymous) and went on pychologist too. but things are not tolerable anymore.

What i need to do with my papers being pending now?

Nothing you can do except wait

Keep thise in mind - if your 10-year greencard is approved prior to a divorce (many don't have an interview), then you are OK. If the divorce happens before the approval, then you need to refile with your divorce papers. Try and save as much evidence of the marriage as you can. Good Luck on getting out of a bad situation.

i just moved out last week. he wants me to move out because he wants to recover by himself. and he said a lot of things, like if i wont move out he will throw my clothes out and many more. he is on his regular psychologist now. he said he wont file divorce, he just want to be alone! so i move out. it really hurts.

Hopefully you will get your 10 year GC without an interview. Happens a lot removing conditions.

If I were you, I would start gathering all kinds of evidence to show that your marriage is legit AND all kinds of evidence showing that he's the one who asked you to move out, he's the one who's been going to AA, he's the one who's been seeing a psychologist and that you had no choice but to move out. They may not ask for this, but it's best to be prepared just in case.

i already sent all my documents when i filed my I-751 last december 07. and now the only one i have is our tax return which was filed feb 08 and of course was not included when i filed to remove conditions. I have his doctor's statement that he went to a psychotherapy. all the insurance bills too with the doctors name on it. i dont have any evidence he went to AA.

What if i am called for an interview? (hopefully not, knock on wood!) he is not willing to file for divorce yet, he just want to be alone.
