My husband was above the poverty line O5 and O7 but in O6 he was below.... wd that affect us? do we need a co sponsor?

What matters is that he is above for the most recent year. Also, have him send an employer letter as well. You should be fine. Good Luck. good.gif

Concerning the job letter they cant give him one until a month from now!! which is a mad delay... do u think the pay stubs r enuff?

Should be, Employer letter and stubs are considered optional.

In my case I just asked my supervisor to write up a letter.

i just include my paystubs
it represent the same thing as employer letter anyway.
