So someone sent me a video from youtube of a little girl belly dancer and I happen to notice another one on the side bar and this one is really disturbing....


Would you think it was cute if your little girl was dancing like this? I don't think the dad was all that amused at the end of the video.

Former boss, spreading rumors about me and is now trying to influence my present job. He's also now harassing people on my behalf, I guess, accusing them of things having to do with me which are illegal.

I'm going throught the same exact thing right now Julianna. Even his wife is in on it! Weird thing is they go to my parents church!!! Some Christian attitude eh? My boss contacted her companies attorney and he said we can sue for slander if it doesn't stop. He said slander cases are very difficult to prove without witnesses, but we do have plenty of witnesses! He sent them a friendly letter and so far I haven't heard much from them again. These are also the people that are wanting to sue my boss because she started her own allergy & asthma clinic when she left them! Jerks!

Have you all heard about the tornado at the boy scout camp in Iowa? My friends live about 20 minutes outside Little Sioux and her son was supposed to go to this camp, but he had an emergency appendectomy a couple weeks ago and wasn't up to going yet. It's so sad, I've been watching it on the news sitting her crying and my friend.....you cannot even imagine what she's feeling right now. So sad.

I love the video of the little girl in green... she's quite the dancer! I've seen this one several times over the years. Man, if I had started that young.......

so yesterday wasnt soo bad, today is day # 2 at work..the most important part is i will start getting regular paychecks again!! zaid and daddy seemed to do ok yesterday, we will see how today goes, then tomorrow my sis in law will watch him for us to give sofyan a break....

Last night I frantically was searching for my glasses until my husband gently told me that I was already wearing them. Today seems like it's gonna be another one of those days too. I'm just *off* somehow.

I got sent a wps file and only have wordperfect on my machine. Does anyone know how I can open it up without it having all of those squares in between each letter?

wait.....i have word. whatever microsoft office uses. I never use it 'cause I only work in excel 99.9% of the time. My daughter wrote me a short story though on her computer at home and there we have whatever it is that comes with the computer and the file ends in .wps.

Maybe I should just wait till I get home but I'm dying to read it.

Word should open Works files with no problem. The converter must not be installed on your work computer.

Maybe try saving it as a Word file (*.doc) and then reopening?

hi everyone. i hope yall have had a good week.

as for us not much is going on really. tomorrow we are going to send the application in for Joshua's passport and hopefully since we are expediting it, it will be here in 2-3wks so we can go home. as it appears now we are going to be traveling to lebanon once it comes and will have the saudi visa's processed in lebanon, as far as we know thats allowed but are trying to get a few more yes's before he does that. but overall if we are allowed to do that it will save 2-4wks off the time apart and we can spend it together. God willing so please everyone keep us in your prayers that this works out because we need to go HOME.

he is doing really well. will be 2wks old tomorrow and is up to 8lbs 3oz(was 7lbs 15oz at birth and back up to that last friday) so he is gaining. YAYYYY.

good morning all I am in Texas visiting my family. actually thats just an excuse for shopping wildly. Got here Tuesday night and spent yesterday morning at IKEA. Got my hair done yesterday afternoon and spent the evening in the pool. My sister and her husband cant have kids so they are always THRILLED to have my kids around.
tonite we are having a poolside dinner party to celebrate fathers day and my stepsisters birthday, so me and children are off to buy supplies and prepare for the event...
My brother in law is Indian (yeah, we are a little UN around here) and his cousin here in town just had a baby 2 months after amirah. they are all coming over tomorrow to cook a huge indian feast and swim. I cant wait. The wife's mom is here visiting from India so I am sure the food will be spectacular. I cant wait. MMMM.....

then next week my son is in a scuba class/camp all week so guess what, plenty of time for shopping. oh darn actually I am going to try to hook up with Gabi so the baby pineapples can meet!

I was afriad of this. I am in agreement with Henia and Aymerlu that it's going to take legal action to put a stop to it and to get him to respect anything about you. While slander cases are difficult to prove secxal harrassment cases maybe something to throw in there for the severity of it, and I'm certain that the lawyer is going to mention that when you explain the whole thing. I hope that you kept a copy of the letter of resignation you submitted and are prepared for a real battle. Which I am certain you will win. A restraining order is a good idea if you're going to take legal action!

The video of the top girl is so sad WTF, and where did she learn to dance like that... I have only seen clips of prostitutes that dance like that in the gulf..... Its so sad makes you wonder what her future holds

Well...not so much everyone having crap with THE boss...ugh I hate those situations. GG- Ur cartoon of sqeezing the sizzles outta the boss nails how this situation must be handled!

About the lil "belly dancer" this kid is one step away from me finding her parents and teaching them a thing or two about what happens if she continues to do this at 15/16....I like belly dancing but that has art and it is not "dirty" - this is just plain disturbing to watch...I imagine this is how I would feel if someone forced me to watch child pornography or go to a strip club. I have never done either obviously, but this video kinda gave that feeling that its just NOT RIGHT.

Talent is one thing and shakin what ur mama gave you like a free for all -----thats something else!

Well today I begin writing letters to congressmen as my AP had passed 9 months yesterday. The horrible dread is running under my skin that this will be prolonged much longer - I will do what I can. Please pray for me you guys.

Wow, it only took me all flippin day to get thru todays thread. I'm at work and we're 1 person short so its been slightly busier than most days. I had a massive migraine last night that had me huggin' the john for a while and it didn't subside until around 4(ish) this morning. I'm tired now.
I'm off tomorrow, saturday, and sunday! woot. Now I can get the cleaning and laundry done that I didn't get done last weekend due to putting the shop together. uhh..YAY, I guess lol

Sara..I sooooooooo wish u were closer to Houston so we could get the older pineapples together. We could even go swimming at one of the pools at my apartment complex and barbeque...
