On the DS230 form on question 14 name of spouse, do you put your previous spouses name in there, as on some forms it tells you to but it doesnt on this one. Many thanks

I took it to mean 'current spouse' and left it blank
This form is used for K3 as well as K1.

Example form shows NONE if you arent married don't leave blank - they don't like blanks
