I was asked to complete both DS-230 part I and II, but only sign part I, then send both to NVC.

On part II, question 30-a, it asked if I am an alien that has failed to present the documentations of vaccinations. Well, currently, I can't present. But as I understand, DS-230 part II will be used only during the interview. Before interview I will be required to have medical examination and vaccination injections. So at the time of interview I will surely have the vaccination documents ready.

I called the NVC, a lady asked me to answer "yes" and attach a letter to explain this situation. But then during the interview, I will have to change the answer to "no", right? It dosen't make sense for me......

What should I do? If I really answer "yes" to that question, will I get any unnecessary problem or delay? All the other questions listed below are asking about very bad things like terrorism......I am so afraid to cross that "yes"......

I took that question to mean if asked previously by the government when traveling. You´re not considered an "alien" until you´ve traveled abroad, right. My husband doesn´t have vaccination records from when he was younger, but he´s also never traveled abroad, so we checked "no". I took all those questions to mean, "have you broken the law before?" My husband has never done anything wrong.

well, actually I have been abroad, but was not asked for any medical examination report......Anyway, maybe I should call again and ask if those questions should be considered at the time of interview or just now.

Plus, I suddenly saw a sentence on the instruction of DS-230 part II that the fee should be paid in US dollars blablabla......But this time I haven't seen any document that mentions about any fee......what is that?
